How Creativity Choreography Transformed a Global Software Launch

Enterprise software launches rarely create excitement.

Most are built around product features, demonstrations and functionality. But when Atradius prepared to introduce its new global platform, Arcade, there was an opportunity to think differently. Rather than asking employees to learn another system, the ambition was to make people feel something from the very first moment.

That idea became Arcade Is Now Live.

Instead of focusing on software, we focused on people.

Creating Momentum Through Movement

At CR.studio, our creative strategy centred around a simple question:

What does transformation actually feel like?

The answer wasn't another interface animation or product demo. It was movement.

As Arcade comes to life, so do the people around it. One moment of activation spreads through the office, growing from person to person until the entire workplace is connected by rhythm, energy and shared excitement. The software becomes the catalyst, but the people become the story.

The result transforms a technology rollout into something far more memorable - a launch employees genuinely want to be part of.

Professional Performance Meets Real People

One of the campaign's greatest strengths came from blending professional dancers with Atradius employees.

Rather than creating a polished performance disconnected from reality, the choreography unfolded naturally within a working office environment. Employees became part of the experience, while the dancers elevated the energy and visual storytelling around them.

That balance created something authentic.

The office remained recognisable, yet suddenly full of movement, optimism and possibility.

A Creative Partnership That Elevated Every Frame

Delivering choreography that felt effortless while working within a busy corporate environment required exceptional creative leadership.

Working alongside Skin London, founder Vicki Jackson brought an outstanding level of experience, precision and collaboration to the production. As one of the UK's leading show producers and creative directors, Vicki has built a reputation for creating original choreography and live productions across fashion, television, campaigns and film.

From early planning through to filming, Vicki worked closely with our creative team to shape movement that felt natural rather than staged. Every sequence was carefully crafted to complement the story, ensuring the choreography enhanced the narrative without ever overshadowing the people or the platform.

Her ability to direct professional performers while making Atradius employees feel comfortable on camera created exactly the atmosphere we hoped to achieve. The energy on set was infectious, allowing confidence and genuine reactions to come through in every scene.

It was a true creative collaboration where choreography became storytelling.

Building the Energy

Behind the scenes, every detail was carefully art directed.

Storyboards mapped not only camera movement, but also how choreography, CGI graphics and employee interactions would connect together.

A punchy soundtrack became the heartbeat of the film, building anticipation before releasing into moments of celebration as Arcade came alive across the office.

Graphic splash effects and bold CGI overlays were woven into the choreography, giving visual expression to what the software represented—speed, connection and momentum.

Each creative layer supported the next, resulting in a film that feels dynamic without losing its human focus.

More Than a Software Launch

Created for more than 7,000 employees worldwide, the campaign wasn't designed simply to announce a new platform.

It was designed to create ownership.

By putting people at the centre of the story and using movement as the language of change, Arcade became more than a business system. It became something employees could celebrate together.

The result is an internal launch that feels less like software training and more like the start of a new chapter—proving that even enterprise technology can create genuine excitement when creativity leads the conversation.
