Senior Graphic Designer

About the role:

Start Date: ASAP

Full time 37 hours per week, 8.30am – 5pm (4:30pm Fridays) 

Contract: Fixed term contract 

Location: Hybrid – 4 days in the studio, 1 day working from home

The role:

An exciting oppotunity for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality design across a range of projects for global brands, leading by example and helping maintain creative standards from concept through to final execution.

This role suits an experienced designer who is confident managing projects, collaborating with wider teams, and translating strategic ideas into strong, effective visual work.

Key responsibilities:

 Lead and deliver creative design work across digital and print channels

Take briefs from concept through to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency

Work closely with account managers, strategists, and other designers

● Present and articulate design ideas clearly, internally and externally

Manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence

Skills & experience:

 Strong experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment

 Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

 Strong conceptual thinking, typography, and layout skills

Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives

 Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects

Nice to have (but not essential):

 Experience with motion design or video editing (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Experience working across campaigns and brand systems
