Rhiannon is the founder and owner of PennyHR, bringing extensive experience in people management, employee relations, and organisational development to CR Studio.
As CR Studio’s strategic HR partner, Rhiannon supports the business across all aspects of its people strategy from employee engagement, culture and performance to organisational development and long-term workforce planning. She works closely with the Directors and wider team to help CR Studio evolve, strengthen its people practices, and achieve its ambition of becoming the best marketing company in Wales.
Rhiannon thrives in positive, productive team environments where people feel valued, engaged, and motivated to contribute to the success of the business. She is passionate about creating great places to work where collaboration, creativity, high performance, and plenty of personality go hand in hand.
Outside of work, Rhiannon loves music and animals, especially horses. She loves anything fun, is always up for a laugh and believes that work and life are both better when you enjoy the people around you!
